This month’s theme of Deep Listening, which coincides with the seasonal celebrations of Samhain, Hallowe’en, the feasts of All Souls and All Saints, along with Dia de los Muertos, brings us to Listening to our Ancestors. Whether our parents, elders, mentors or teachers have passed on, or are still with us, they continue to hold knowledge and wisdom that can benefit us every day, if we take the time to listen for them. You are encouraged to bring photographs of your ancestors to place on our ‘altar’.
