Do You Believe in Magic?

The Lovin' Spoonful call us to "believe in the magic that can set you free." For Them, that magic was through music. In this service, we will explore what Magic can offer us in co-creating the world we long for. Guest speaker, Rev. Arran Morton Service Leader, Rev. Danie Webber Music Ministers, Norm Ayerst & Treasa Levasseur Bio: Rev. Arran Morton (he/They) is an ordained Unitarian Universalist Minister & Spiritual Director whose work integrates ritual, expressive arts, embodied practices, restorative justice, and popular education to build community, explore values, deepen communication and connect with the sacred. He is primarily inspired by Pagan, Buddhist, and Humanist theologies and approaches their work through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. Arran is a white, Scottish queer & trans person who immigrated to Canada just over 20 years ago. He recently moved to the East Coast and is discovering the delights of Atlantic Canada, in particular Saint John, NB, where he lives. Learn more: www.arranmorton.ca.

Welcome to September, and the beginning of a new year! Every year we honour the beginnings the beginning of new things, school and the church year.
