The 5th UU principle is the right of conscience and use of democratic process within our congregations and in society at large.
Susanna Reid is inspired by the potential of community. She has worked as a municipal planner for more than 20 years, and is a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners. Together with the Maitland Trail Association in Goderich, she is a recipient of the June Callwood Outstanding Achievement Award for Voluntarism. Susanna is a member of the Stratford Unitarian church. She is Jen Reid’s sister, and like Jen, grew up in the Hamilton Unitarian church.
Susanna will offer reflections about the 5th principle gathered while working as a municipal planner in rural Ontario.
