There are so many things vying for our attention in the world today, that we often are pulled in dozens of directions at once. Multi-tasking, multiple windows open on our screens, news sources, social media platforms. In person relationships, online communities, creating meaningful connections and struggling to find our place. In so many ways humans are struggling to make sense of how to find balance in the overwhelm. This Sunday, join us in Paying Attention to our Present moment.
