Instinct, a gut feeling, sensing the next step, that woo-woo feeling – there are ways of knowing that don’t involve scientific facts and a spreadsheet of empirical data. Western culture isn’t particularly friendly to those who sense, know, and act from their intuition. But, it’s been a valued source of knowing in the Indigenous world for millennia. Is there a way for the two to work together?
