What can we learn from affordable housing in Europe to help with our housing affordability crisis us in Hamilton? Dr. Carolyn Whitzman, an adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa, will join us on Zoom Tuesday June 6, 7 p.m., for a presentation on her research on affordable housing lessons from Europe and how they can be applied in Hamilton. Dr. Whitzman is also working with the University of British Columbia and various municipalities, including Hamilton, on a tool that all municipalities can use to measure in detail the housing needs of the community which she’ll briefly describe.
