You are invited to attend an All Candidates meeting focusing on Climate Change Action on Sunday October 2nd at 7 PM at St. John’s Anglican Church, at Charlton and Locke Streets.
The focus will be on a number of key climate change issues.
– Helping homeowners/renters reduce their energy consumption and
encouraging industry/businesses to shift to more sustainable energy
practices
– Improving local air quality
– Supporting free transit for residents
– Easier and safer travel within the city – walking, cycling and public transit
– Engaging with the Provincial Government to ensure that they respect the Hamilton City Council’s No Boundary Expansion decision.
