Lori-Anne Gagne of Hamilton provided Parliamentarians with a history lesson recently—the history of housing policy and key lessons learned. Gagne is CEO of Victoria Park Homes, headquartered in Hamilton, the largest private non-profit housing provider in Ontario, and she’s had 40 years’ experience in this field.
