The Memorial Wall

The purpose of the Memorial Wall is to memorialize deceased Church members.  Only deceased people who were members of the Church at some time in their life may be memorialized on the wall.

Memorial Plaques

The Church has standardized the design and sourcing of the plaques.  The plaques are 4” by 2” and are made of anodized aluminum with black engraving.  There are three standard designs:

Single Person (with epitaph)

Single Person (no epitaph)

Two Person (no epitaph)

The price for each plaque is $250:

  • $100 will be for the cost of the plaque (no tax receipt)
  • $150 is a donation to the church for which a tax receipt may be issued.

Submit the completed form:

  • Electronically by sending it as an email attachment to memorials@uuhamilton.ca 
  • Hardcopy by leaving it in the Support Services Manager mail slot at the church.
