As you probably know, the church has a rental agreement with Victor Electric for use of church property. The agreement permits our neighbours at 160 Dundurn St. S., mostly Victor Electric employees and the staff and patients of the medical clinic, to use our property for parking.
The rental agreement also allows the church to use Victor Electric’s parking spots along the side of their building on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:00 p.m. and at any time on Sundays.
Three things to bring to your attention:
- Victor Electric will be marking one spot adjacent to the their side door as being for on-call physician use only. This will be a 24 hours a day, seven days a week restriction. Please respect it.
- Please refrain from using Victor Electric’s two accessible parking spots. This should not be an issue for anyone who is qualified to use them as the spots are not close to the church.
- Finally, do not park in front of the Victor Electric building (between the building and the street).
