The Board is committed to the development of a strategic plan in 2020, and is currently putting together a strategic planning task force. The task force members will bring a range of perspectives to their work, through diverse identities and lived experiences. This work is all about the future, and making sure that we are ready to embrace whatever change is necessary to ensure a healthy UU presence in Hamilton for the longer term. The Board is currently seeking members for this task force, so if you:
are interested in “the big picture”;
have an ability to envision futures that look different from the present;
have skills in research, consultation, and/or analysis;
and can commit time to this project during 2020
