Our congregation is backing the efforts of the Hamilton Alliance for Tiny Shelters to create a community of tiny shelters somewhere in the city to house people experiencing homelessness and provide them with food, a community and access to support services. A model cabin was delivered to our church parking lot on September 22 and is temporarily parked here. This Sunday, after the church service, it will be open so you can look inside, and you can also talk with HATS supporters.
