THE EVA ROTHWELL CENTRE CLOTHING ROOM
Summer Volunteer Schedule: The Clothing Room will have reduced hours of operation on Tuesdays and Thursdays until Monday, August 14th. That will include two weeks at the end of July when we will be closed.
Starting Monday, August 14th, the Clothing Room will be open regular hours, including Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Volunteers will continue to receive “Staying Connected” and schedules during this time.
Summer Clothing Donations Needed: We continue to need summer clothing, especially for girls and boys, sized 6 to 14, and men.
We will have a special “drive” for winter clothing in early Fall so please hold onto them ‘til then. Please drop off clean and gently used clothing in clear bags. No household items, furniture, toys, or stuffed animals.
- Donations can be delivered directly to the Eva Rothwell Centre at 460 Wentworth St. North. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
- Donations can also be delivered to the First Unitarian Church of Hamilton on Sunday mornings and on Tuesday to Thursday 9 am to 2 pm.
We also welcome new volunteers. Sam Campanella, the Executive Director of the Centre calls us his ANGELS because we run such a good service. We are a dedicated group of women and men who enjoy what we do and feel good about the difference we are making in the community. Become part of an amazing team!
